Working Princle and process of the steel bar tensioning machine
The winch is composed of three main parts: electric motor, speed changing box and winding drum. Primary speed changing box is worm and gear; Last stage is pinion. The spring force measurement device is marked with force measurement weight which have calibrate in advance. Make the indicating arrow in the tensioning machine aimed at the scale value. Run the motor and magnetism mass touch the route switch when reaches the scheduled tension force. Power off automatically realize the tension force control automatically.The fixture is fixed with fall block, so the force of measuring meter is half of marked tension force.
